Davide Calabria and Ricardo Rodriguez as full backs. Davide Calabria have impressed not only defensively but also offensively under new gaffer and will probably continue to impress in the future. Antonio Conti is injured and Calabria has been highly impressive and grabbed the chance with both hands.

Midfielders

Lucas Biglia as well as Riccardo Montolivo have been impressive under Gennaro Gattuso. They are both composed and experienced defensive midfielders and it will be interesting to see Whom Rino will prefer on the Big day. As per the recent performances it seems Biglia will be given the opportunity ahead of Gattuso as CDM.

The involvement of Giacomo Bonaventura is absolutely certain. Bonaventura is one of the most respected and famous face in AC Milans squad and is equally important for the team. The Italian International is a grinder on the pitch as well as his technique and vision makes him a valuable asset for AC Milan.

Franck Kiesse may have been on Loan but he has made his presence felt. In his short tenure at San Siro he has made a name for himself and made himself a core player of this squad. He provides physicality and stability in the centre of the park.

Wingers

One if the first person on the team sheet – Suso, is one of the best winger in Italy at the moment. He scores goals, creates them, wins possession, works hard…He is someone Arsene Wenger should worry about. He is certainly going to play a vital role this midweek.

Hakan Calhanoglu is regarded as one of the long ball shooters in the business right now, he has scored some absolute screamers for Bayer Leverkusen before moving to Italy. He has not yet adapted to Italian side of the game but you cannot rule his shots out.

Fabio Borini is also a considerable option, but with Gussato’s preference at the moment Calhanoglu makes cut.

Centre Forward

Now Milan have some real options to consider for striking position and Gussato Gennaro have some real selection head ache.

The first one we will talk about is – Nikola Klinic, who has just been back from his injury. It was not a long term injury – just a couple of weeks out, but it doesn’t look like he will be given the work load against Arsenal.

Andre Silva is another of the big name starlet Milan possesses. After his big money move from Porto, the Portuguese have still not scored in Serie A but have been quite impressive in Europa League.

Patrick Cutrone – the academy product who have impressed in the opportunities provided to him. The 20-year old have scored seven and created two under Gattuso but his inexperience might force him out of the Starting XI.

Andre Silva makes the cut to start as the centre forward. He is young and relatively experienced. He is even matured enough to start games like these.
