Arsenal have reportedly took interest over bringing highly rated Chelsea forward Callum Hudson-Odoi to The Emirates, according to The Sun.
They claim that the Gunners have made an approach for Hudson-Odoi, who is put of contract at Chelsea in 2020.
Reportedly German giants Bayern Munich leads the chase for the eighteen year old as they look to seal the deal in January with interests from Arsenal, Juventus and Barcelona.
What does that indicate for the Gunners?
Hudson-Odoi is highly talented starlet and Arsenal would have done very well if they are to bring him at the Emirates. The measure of his capabilities come as he started against Manchester City in the community shield this summer and Maurizio Sarri confirmed that he will be included in Chelsea’s squad for tonight’s Europa League clash against PAOK.
Bayern Munich believes him to be hier to Frank Ribery and that’s alot to speak about his capabilities.
Is it likely to happen?
Would Chelsea allow one of the best teenager at their helm to move across the city to their rivals? The two clubs did some business last January when Olivier Giroud switched sides from North to West London as part of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Henrikh Mkhitaryan transfer merry-go-round.
Callum Hudson-Odoi is only eighteen months into his contract at the Stamford Bridge and that makes it vulnerable for Chelsea. Though the club from Munich are leading the race, Arsenal also got big selling power.
