After completion of penning Lacazette in the Red-And-Whites,Arsene Wenger draws his attention to getting Riyad Mahrez from Leicester City.Mahrez has been under Wenger sights for a couple of Transfer Windows and The Arsenal Boss highly admirers Mahrez.
Mahrez publicly spoke out his desire to leave Leicester earlier this summer,but The Foxes won’t let him go anywhere under Thirty Five Million Pounds.
Speaking about a potential move for Mahrez last month, Wenger told beIN Sports: ‘Have we made a bid for him? No. Not yet. Not yet means it could happen, it could not happen.
‘I think he had a huge impact at Leicester when they won the championship, like everybody else.
‘It’s been a different season this year but it doesn’t take anything away from his qualities.’
Though,Monaco’s Thomas Lemar is premier target on the list. Lemar’s move to Arsenal seems highly unlikely and Mahrez is the go-to choice.
