Arsenal will play their last home game of the season in the Premier League against Burnley on Sunday. It will be the last time Arsene Wenger will be managing the Gunners at the Emirates Stadium.

So it is going to be really emotional match for all the Arsenal fans. After the heartbreaking defeat against Atletico Madrid in the Semifinal of the Europa League, Arsenal’s chances to play in the Champions League next season were diminished. So now Arsene Wenger will wish to finish his long 22 years of managerial career with winning the rest of the matches of the Premier League.

On the other hand, Burnley will be desperate to win the match against the Gunners. They are just three points behind the Gunners in the Premier League table. They will try to finish above Arsenal to have a chance to play in the Europa League next season. So, it is surely going to be an exciting contest to watch out for.

When and Where?

The match will be hosted by the Gunners at the Emirates Stadium on 6th May, 16:30 BST.

Team News :

Pierre Emerick Aubameyang will return to the starting lineup of Arsenal in this Premier League game. Henrikh Mkhitaryan is also going to start against Burnley after coming back from the injury. Petr Cech will also return in the Arsenal Goal as David Ospina has started in both legs in the Semifinal of the Europa League against Atletico Madrid. Mesut Ozil might be given rest and Alex Iwobi could take his place in the starting line up of Arsenal.

On the other hand, Sean Dyche’s Burnley are playing really good in this season. The recent draw against Brighton and Hove Athletic has decreased their hope of finishing above Arsenal in this season; but a win against the Gunners will surely give them a chance to finish in the top six positions in the Premier League. In this important match, Burnley might miss the service of two of their key players in this match due to injury problems.
