We have noticed multiple differences between Arsene Wenger and Unai Emery, since the later took charge of Arsenal earlier this year. Arsenal legend Robert Pires the ‘biggest difference’ that he feels between both of the great minds.

Arsene Wenger won three Premier Leagues including that incredible ‘invincible’ golden trophy and seven FA Cups during his 22-year-stay at Arsenal. Although, I feel he was not given the send off that he deserves with majority of supporters increasingly growing frustrated with the Frenchman with Arsenal dropping out of Champions League serving as the greatest low-point which probably had to be the reason he was shown the out-door.

Unai Emery was appointed as successor to Le Professeur, and the Spaniard has now gone 21-games-unbeaten and Robert Pires has offered an insight into ‘how he is different’ to the legendary Wenger.

When asked about Emery barking orders from the sidelines, Pires told inews: ‘Maybe this is one of the differences between Wenger and Emery.

‘But management is very difficult, you need to find a good communication with the players. Sometimes Arsene is more quiet, Unai Emery is more – how do you say? – expressive.

‘I know Unai because of when he used to manage Sevilla and especially Paris Saint-Germain.

‘He is a winner, he has won a lot of titles: the Europa League with Sevilla, Ligue 1 with Paris Saint-Germain.

‘I think he’s put a good spirit inside the dressing room. I think Arsenal have found a new face, maybe with a new philosophy, because this guy is like a warrior.

‘You can see him when he’s on the bench: he’s a little bit crazy, but good crazy.

‘He wants to help, every minute, the players. You need to talk, you need to have good communication with the players. I think this is a new thing for them, but a good thing.’

Pieres has helped Gunners to couple of Premier League title and it probably one of Arsene Wenger’s best signings, but the World Cup winner admits to the strange feeling about not watching Arsene Wenger on the sidelines. But at the same time, he back Unai Emery and said that Arsenal are going through a ‘revolution’ under him.

‘I think the sensation [of supporting Arsenal] now is not so different, because when we talk about watching Arsenal it is very important at the end of the season to win something,’ he added.

‘I think this squad, they can lift one of the main trophies and this is the new objective.

‘We have changed the manager, we have changed the CEO, so I think it’s like a revolution inside Arsenal. Maybe sometimes you need that.’
