Arsenal will host Everton this weekend, which is expected to be a difficult tie for Marco Silva’s men as The Gunners come into the fixture with four straight wins in all competitions on their back.

Unai Emery’s men are not only high on confidence but are also playing different football to what they were used to under Arsene Wenger. They are implementing Emery’s way of football and are doing great on the attacking aspects of the game.

Everton were going well in the Premier League this campaign until they suffered 3-1 loss to West Ham last gameweek and suddenly they are under pressure to prove their metal. Though things could just get worse for The Toffees considering they play Arsenal this weekend.

Marco Silva do need some defensive boost after watching Masson Holgate and Kurt Zouma struggle against West Ham on Sunday. Yerry Mina – The big money signing from Barcelona hasn’t made his debut for Everton since his arrival and it might just be the perfect time for the Colombian to appear in the scene for his new club.

Yerry Mina had been out of action since sustaining a knock against England at the World Cup finals in Russia.

Yerry Mina did train last week, but he wasn’t included in the squad against West Ham last weekend.

Though new pictures of Yerry training with his new teammates has emerged recently and Everton fans will be hoping that the Colombian does face Arsenal on Sunday.

Yerry Mina is someone who can improve both offensive and defensive aspects of the pitch. He is a confident lad who puts his body on the line when needed.

The Colombian defender likes to play short passes and is good at blocking.  Yerry Mina posses strong dribbling skills and is strong in aerial duels due to his 6”5′ frame.

Yerry Mina is a beast going forward especially with the dead balls, and cherry on the cake lies that pitch perfect balls from wizard Gilfy Sigurdsson. All three of Mina’s World Cup goals were set piece headers – that shows how deadly Yerry is with going into oppositions penalty area.

On the defensive aspects, Mina succeeded in 83% of his attempted tackles for Barcelona in La Liga last season.

Yerry Mina will not only hand Everton defensive boost but also an offensive one and is someone Unai Emery and Arsenal have to keep tabs on when they face Everton this weekend.
