Arsenal have come back stronger from the winter break, thrashing Newcastle 4-0 last weekend which was followed by 1-0 win over Olympiacos in a tough night in Greece. But Arteta will know that Carlos & his Everton are a different threat.

January signing Pablo Mari is expected to make the squad for the first time with Sokratis being assessed due to right knee injury he sustained against Olympiacos. But Mari is unlikely to start after the positive performances lately from David Luiz & Shkodran Mustafi as a centre-back pairing.
Kieran Tierney and Cedric Soares are expected to take part in full training by end of February.

A career threatening injury when Son glided into Andre Gomes to break his foot, but pretty astonishingly just three months into that horror leg fracture Andre Gomes: “has trained well and is ready to play”, according to boss Carlo Ancelotti. Former Arsenal star Theo Walcott is to be assessed late ahead of the match.
