Arsenal are on the cusp of signing yet another talent from Brazil, Gabriel Martinelli. The striker has reportedly agreed with Arsenal to join them from forthcoming season.
The youngster seems to be a fictitious asset for the club that they will use in future. Emery, however, if impressed by the youngster may introduce him to the first team.

What are we looking for since forever? A versatile winger. The search finally seems to find a period. Martinelli usually prefers to play wide. The Brazilian is gifted with fast legs that he uses to squeeze in from the wing and wriggle past the defence.
The player with considerable knowledge of football, Martinelli is also constructive with cruising through balls. A player who is always high on confidence and never afraid with ball under his feet, Martinelli can go for the go himself or even create passes for the strikers.
The right-footed striker is equally adept from outside the box with his curly shoots in the wide post almost impossible to stop.
Only 17? Not a problem
The youngest player ever to feature in the Brazilian club Ituano, Martinelli has done wonders at such a young age.
The youngster has already won laurels like Best Newcomer, Countryside Player of the Year and was named in the Team of the Year playing in the state league of Sao Paulo.
The starlet had scored 6 goals for his club, the highest until his club reached the quarter-finals of the league.
Why is he a threat and what can we expect?
Martinelli, a talented professional who has pace, skill and ability to cause havoc is fairly inexperienced having only played the state level of senior football. I, in no manner expect him to be signed for the first team.
But it might not be too long for Martinelli to feature under a manager who has largely been adulated by the young Guns, Guendouzi and Ainsley Maitland-Niles becoming his primary starters.
Is he our budget buy?
Martinelli being the best player of Ituano is valued in and around the reign of €10 million by the club. Arsenal would have loved to get him for the original price that they were offering i.e €5 million. The Gunners, however, have reached a deal with Ituano to buy the winger for aforesaid price.
Personally, I feel that this Brazilian youngster is a double-edged sword that can turn out either way for future Arsenal.
