Arsenal are keen on signing Sporting CP captain and goalscoring sensation Bruno Fernandes in the upcoming summer transfer window.

Unai Emery has come in and decided that he wants to play only his style of football and keep the players that he wants at Arsenal. Welsh midfielder Aaron Ramsey is set to leave the club this summer and Mesut Ozil has not impressed his employer and also looks likely to depart from the Emirates Stadium.

With the summer transfer window approaching, Arsenal does not have a massive budget to spend on big players and therefore need to work out a more sensible approach.  With a low budget, Arsenal are looking to build a squad that could still compete for titles and honors in the near future,

Because Emery has only a limited budget to work with in the summer transfer window to strengthen his squad he is planning a clear out with many players set to leave or be sold to raise funds. One player that Emery wants to lure to the Emirates Stadium is Sporting CP midfielder Bruno Fernandes, and the 24-year-old is having a stellar season so far.

Fernandes has netted 28 times this season and also racked up 14 assists across all competitions for Sporting, attracting heavy interest from Arsenal as well as other top clubs in the European continent. His hard work and ethic is also something that can lift players around him on the field.

The Portuguese midfielder gem could be available at a transfer fee of just £30 million in the summer, which is really a steal at that price. Fernandes’ playmaking ability could suit Arsenal and with Ozil and few other midfielders on the cusp of leaving the club, he could become the next big thing at North London.
