Philippe Coutinho has been in constant links with a return to England, and Arsenal are the latest side to join the chase for Brazilian midfield maestro.

As per reports by Sport, Arsenal already have initiated contact with his agent & Arsenal supporter Kia Joorabchian.

And Le10 Sport has backed the claims with their latest update on Coutinho’s transfer saga, according to them, Arsenal ‘dream’ of signing Philippe & Mikel Arteta believes that the former Liverpool star would be perfect for his side.

The contacts between Joorabchian & Arsenal again gets a mention, with the report adding that contacts started from the ‘beginning of May’. However, this was not the first contact between both the parties as Arsenal have been thinking to bring Coutinho for ‘several months’ and first reported contact with his representative at dusk of 2019 with a view to understand the possibility of bringing Coutinho to Emirates this summer.

Coutinho is ‘more than serious track for Arsenal’ and the Gunners will have to find the best option to make dream Coutinho a reality. Bringing Philippe won’t be easy due to financials involved in the operation, but the North London side are said to be working hard to ‘make a difference’.

Le10 also adds that Chelsea, who were once the favorites to sign Coutinho, are still ‘very hot’ for his signatures and they have better financial means to support their cause than Arsenal.

NOW, comes in reports by Spanish news outlet Diario ABC, who report that Barcelona are ready to negotiate a sale of Coutinho for seventy-million pounds to fund the incoming of Lautaro Martinez & Miralem Pjanic. And the Sun’s back the reports writing, Mikel Arteta has “confirmed” his intention to sign the Brazilian midfielder and “is convinced the player can regain his best level” to help Arsenal compete with the likes of runaway leaders Liverpool & Manchester City.
