Arsenal are in search for someone reliable as well as experienced as the Gunners are still struggling to fill the void left by Santi Cazorla in the middle of the park and Arsenal legend Ian Wright has come up with a perfect solution for the short-run.

Ian Wright took to Twitter in bid for Arsenal to sign AS Roma’s legend Deniele De Rossi, after the Italian chose to leave Stadio Olimpico this summer.

De Rossi is one of the most recognized figure in Italy, making his debut for Roma back in October of 2001 under Fabio Capello and has since gone to make 616 senior appearances for I Giallorossi’s.

At his prime, Deniele was regarded as one of the best holding midfielders in the world.

The hard tackling veteran has been linked with a move to Boca Juniors as well as Liverpool but Ian Wright wants to bring the big man to North-London, claiming his experience would help Arsenal alot.

I would really love Arsenal to bring someone with the stature of Daniele De Rossi – he brings loads of experience and leadership which is can prove crucial to Arsenal’s lacking mentality in the long run.

And despite being thirty-five years young, De Rossi possess incredible stamina which means he still has atleast couple of years left at the top level. But in the same time he could influence the likes of Matteo Guendouzi, Lucas Torreira and Joe Willock to a level we can only think about.

Unai Emery not not only has to take notice of Ian Wright’s claim but also need to take action for the same.
