Today, let me serve you a Calum Chambers. This human platter has been loved by most of the Fulham fans, so much that they feel him theirs while being ignorant of the fact that he is on loan for Arsenal.

The consistent player will return from a Fulham side that has a reputation of being inconsistent. Nevertheless, the Arsenal loanee is now more matured, adaptable and resilient in his way of approach. Fulham didn’t find the groove in this year’s Premier League but Chambers surely did and that is why I am here talking about him to be back home.

There’s a perfect match in our vulnerabilities and his capabilities which when combined may result in Arsenal’s completeness. What we don’t have can be provided by Calum Chambers, what we lack can be completed by this versatile defender, what we require is short and simple, our Calum back.

Chambers will be returning home for the second time, the previous loan being to Middlesbrough in 2016-17 season. And every time he goes out he is more perfect than ever, this time being an ideal returnee. Last time he was out he developed from a right-back to a centre-back now more as a defensive midfielder, which gives us the benefit of using him in three different positions.

Although, we have aplenty part of Calum to be used, the most appropriate for Arsenal will be at right-back as of now. Why do I say this is because we have all positions served except for the right-wing back. We have no strong option in this position with Hector Bellerin recovering from his long term injury and will mostly miss out couple of months at the start of next season with Chambers in the team it provides us with versatility and confidence of playing up and down the pitch.

The ask for a right back can be answered by Calum because he has got the adequate skill for and technical adaptability required in this position. The guy has been waiting a long time to get a first team shirt and if it’s not now, it’s not fruitful.

So, there’s never a question of selling this man, right? A perfect youngster who can bolster the right part of our defence, is versatile, and a fresh blood that can rejuvenate old bloods of our defence. Bring him back!!!
