Arsenal will host newly-promoted side Norwich City at the weekend at the Emirates Stadium.

This Premier League fixture is a must-win game for the Gunners, as the North London are yet to register a single point this Premier League campaign. The start to the new Premier League campaign has been the worst for the Gunners in recent years as they are yet to score a goal in the Premier League this season. They currently occupy the last spot in the points table, with three consecutive defeats, and have conceded nine goals so far.

Meanwhile, the ones who are not on international duty at the moment have been put through their paces at London Colney.

Now, Arsenal Core has taken a close look at what we could see from Arsenal’s training session via new photos that have been published on the club’s official website.

Center-backs Ben White and Gabriel Magalhaes were both seen training on Monday.

Ben White have not featured for Arsenal in any game since his debut against Brentford in the opening day fixture of the new Premier League season. The new signing was tested positive for COVID-19, due to which he missed three key matches. White now seems to be recovered from COVID and could feature against Norwich City at the Emirates stadium.

Meanwhile, Brazilian defender Gabriel Magalhaes has not played a single game for the Gunners this season, due to the knee injury he suffered back in July. The defender has already missed an ample number of matches for Arsenal, including the pre-season.

Many Arsenal fans are hoping to see the Gabriel-White partnership in the heart of the defence, and given the fact that both are back to training, there is optimism both could feature against the Canaries and many more matches to come.

Ghana international Thomas Partey has also returned to full training. The midfielder has already been sidelined for over a month due to an ankle injury he suffered in the pre-season friendly against London rivals Chelsea. With Covid-stricken Granit Xhaka is banned for three games, there could be a chance for Partey to start in midfield.
