After a thumping 3-1 victory against North London rivals Spurs, the Gunners will be travelling to Sussex to play Brighton at the Amex Stadium.

Mikel Arteta’s side are currently unbeaten in 4 matches in all competitions and, the away game against Graham Potter’s men will be a real test for the North London Club.

Brighton have made the best start to their Premier League campaign with four wins, one loss and one draw. After their draw against Crystal Palace on MD 5, the Seagulls currently sit 6th in the points table. Meanwhile, Arsenal have managed to climb from 18th to 10th in the points table after three back to back victories.  

Defender Ben White who joined Arsenal this summer transfer window will be in contention to face his former side tomorrow.

The most recent meeting between the club was on May 2021 on the last matchday of the 2020-2021 Premier League campaign. Arsenal managed to grab all three points thanks to two goals from winger Nicolas Pepe.

Midfielder Yves Bissouma will face a late fitness test to determine his availability for tomorrow’s clash following a knee injury. Adam Webster, Enock Mwepu and Steven Alzate are also set to miss the match as they are yet to recover fully from their injuries. Former Arsenal striker Danny Welbeck will be doubt after he was taken off against Crystal Palace due to a hamstring issue.
