I would start Denis Suarez and Mesut Ozil against Newcastle

Among the various opinions crooned around the tea table of Football connoisseurs is that the desperate arrival of Denis Suarez not taking shape.

The Spaniard is still to prove his worth on the pitch and now already has had a fair time to acclimatize himself to the English conditions and adapt to the conditions. The player who was brought in seeking as a replacement for Ramsey or even Mesut Ozil is likely to feature in the game against Newcastle, our first after the international break and Europa league fixture.

We’ve not yet seen the versatility of Denis Suarez coupled with the creativity of Mesut Ozil; saying this I would not deny that I badly yearn for them to play together in upcoming fixture. I also say this because of unavailability of our preferred starts due to suspension and injury.

Lucas Torreira is still serving his ban from the red card Tottenham while the experienced slot of Ramsey and Xhaka remains doubt, the latter however is unlikely to remain absent. With Ramsey not there we could see Mesut featuring in the pitch as a Number 10 and Denis Suarez accompanying him in either flank. I wish he does!

The helm manager of Arsenal has however given me fair hope of watching the Spaniard start off the game in pre-match interview.

The Gunners manager said: “He is OK for starting in the first XI, to give us this impact. We are going to need everybody, every player for the next matches.”

“We decided to go away to train for four days and play a match in Dubai. But it’s the same idea, the same spirit.”

Asked about the time it had taken Suarez to settle, Emery added: “It’s normal. Now we have a lot of players ready, with a big mentality and with a big performance to play and help us.”

Imagine Mesut Ozil and Denis Suarez together on the pitch. Oh, come on! You wouldn’t deny with me pondering on the same fact day in, day out until and unless I see them sensationalizing everyone, TOGETHER!
